As part of the continuous training programme run by the Nissan Academy, three sales staff at Greenhous Nissan are celebrating their accreditation. Serge Capellas and Tom Wreford have been successful in renewing their accreditation whilst Adam Beddin has been rewarded after his first year with the company.
Sales manager, James Biggs is delighted to report that his staff have succeeded in their professional development in the Nissan Academy Accreditation Programme. “The programme enables them to progress their skills and knowledge whilst working,” says James. “They complete on line assessments which include testing their product knowledge and customer service skills. All three are a credit to the company and to our dealership. All of our staff, technicians, customer service, parts as well as sales receive training in order that we can ensure the best service for our customers.”
