It was a case of happy faces all round at Greenhous Nissan in Shrewsbury as seven of the service department staff celebrated the award of their Nissan accreditation from the Nissan Academy.

Staff are continually trained to ensure that they meet the high standards of customer satisfaction that the Nissan brand requires.  Staff attend courses at the Nissan Academy as well as completing on line courses relevant to their position in the company.

Service Manager, James Forster is delighted with the success of his team saying: “We ensure professional development of the staff at Greenhous Nissan by their participation in the Nissan Academy Accreditation Programme. The hard work and extra time they have spent on line completing a number of assessments, which include testing their technical knowledge and customer service skills, is a credit to the company and to our dealership in particular. At Greenhous Nissan we are dedicated to providing all of our staff, technicians, customer service, parts as well as sales, with training in order that we can ensure the best service for our customers.”
