Is Greenhous Nissan open again?

In line with Government updates, we have re-opened all departments in our dealership. Social distancing measures are in place throughout the showroom. We encourage you to make an appointment to visit Greenhous Nissan to ensure social distancing is maintained. Please see above for opening times and links to book and appointment.

How safe is it to visit Greenhous Nissan?

We have taken all the necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our customers and our staff. Social distancing processes are in place throughout the dealership and protective equipment is provided for both customers and staff. Our safety measures include:

  • A limit on the number of customers allowed into the dealership
  • Appointment system to manage number of people in the showroom at one time
  • Sanitisation stations set up at entry and exit points
  • Gloves provided for customer use when test driving vehicles
  • Masks provided for customers if they wish to wear one
  • 2 metre markers on the floor
  • A contactless process for passing items such as keys
  • Payments by card or BACS only
  • Vehicles to be covered with protective equipment and thoroughly sanitised before and after any interaction with staff or customers
  • Enhanced and more frequent cleaning throughout the showroom
  • Solo test drives to ensure social distancing guidelines are met 

A member of staff will be on hand at all times to guide customers through this process.

Can I still walk in to Greenhous Nissan if it is open?

My vehicle is due its Service/MOT what should I do?

The government has announced an extension on all MOTs due on or after the 30th March for 6 months. For more information click here to visit the Government website on MOTs MOT Guidance from Gov website

However, you must still ensure that your vehicle is safe and roadworthy. Please contact us if your vehicle is in need of servicing, repair or maintenance to ensure this.

Will Greenhous Nissan collect my vehicle for it's Service/MOT?

At this time our collection and delivery service for Service and MOT is unavailable, this is to maintain as little contact with your vehicle as possible to ensure the safety of both you and our staff.

Can I get a courtesy car when my car is in for Service/MOT?

Our courtesy cars are being reserved for key workers during this period. If you fall into the category of a key worker and need a courtesy car please make this known at time of booking, you will asked to provide proof of key worker status at your appointment, along with your driving licence and national insurance number.

Can I still take a test drive?

Close

Solo test drives are now available. Our sales executives will answer any questions or concerns you have prior to the drive and will suggest the best route for you to get the most from the vehicle on your drive. Solo test drives are to ensure that social distancing measures can be kept between you and your sales executive at all times.
