Is Greenhous Nissan open again?

All our departments are open and operating on an appointment basis. Social distancing measures are in place throughout the showroom. We encourage you to make an appointment via telephone, online enquiry or social media direct message. Please see above for opening times and links to book and appointment.

How safe is it to visit Greenhous Nissan?

We have taken all the necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our customers and our staff. Social distancing processes are in place throughout the dealership and protective equipment is provided for both customers and staff. Our safety measures include:

  • A limit on the number of customers allowed into the dealership
  • Appointment system to manage number of people in the showroom at one time
  • Sanitisation stations set up at entry and exit points
  • Customer and Staff temperatures are taken on entering the building
  • Masks provided for customers if they have not got their own (Face masks are to be worn at all times in the dealership)
  • 2 metre markers on the floor
  • A contactless process for passing items such as keys
  • Payments by card or BACS only
  • Vehicles to be covered with protective equipment and thoroughly sanitised before and after any interaction with staff or customers
  • Enhanced and more frequent cleaning throughout the showroom

​A member of staff will be on hand at all times to guide customers through this process.

Can I still walk in to Greenhous Nissan if it is open?

My vehicle is due its Service/MOT what should I do?

My vehicle is booked in with the Service Department, what happens?

Please adhere to the following points before and during your service appointment:-​

  • Please remove any personal belongings from your vehicle / general waste / remove any additional keys – e.g. House Keys
  • Please bring your own pen to sign your Job Card
  • Please adhere to social distancing rules by always keeping 2 metres apart from others when on the Greenhous Nissan site and when you enter our building
  • All our Service Bookings are made for a strict Appointment Time – confirmed by email, please ensure you keep to your allotted time to avoid any delays
  • Please switch off the blowers (Air Con and Heating)
  • Proceed to the Main Entrance – Adhering to Social Distancing Rules and the 2 metre markings if required, you will be requested to have your temperature taken
  • Utilise the Sanitisation Unit – Wiping your keys and placing them in the bag provided.
  • Upon entering the premises adhere to Social Distancing at all times, our Host will direct you to the relevant Service Advisor following the one-way markings to our Service Desk
  • Our Service Advisors will wear NEW GLOVES for every customer
  • Our Technicians will wear New Gloves and utilise Protective Seat Cover / Steering Wheel Cover / Gear Leaver Covers
  • Once the Technicians have completed all the work – they will park your vehicle in the allocated space remove all protective coverings
  • The Technician will then spray the vehicle with a Sanitiser Spray – ‘Zapptizer’
  • Please arrive promptly for your allocated Collection Time – These are issued on a strictly appointment only basis
  • NO CASH PAYMENTS for work carried out – Bank Transfer prior to collection is preferable / If payment is made by Card – Service Advisor will wipe the Card Machine prior to use
  • No Free of Charge Service Wash and Vac will be carried out for safety – limiting the number of personnel in your vehicle

  • Where possible only one person per vehicle to attend booking appointment
  • Please wear a face covering at all times once inside the building
  • Please place locking wheel nuts and service book on the passenger seat

Will Greenhous Nissan collect my vehicle for it's Service/MOT?

At this time our collection and delivery service for Service and MOT is unavailable, this is to maintain as little contact with your vehicle as possible to ensure the safety of both you and our staff.

Can I get a courtesy car when my car is in for Service/MOT?

If you need a courtesy car please make this known at time of booking, you will asked to provide your driving licence and national insurance number at the appointment. All courtesy car bookings are subject to availability.

How do I purchase a new car?

You can purchase your new vehicle via our website or by appointment with our sales executives. Our online sales department is open 24 hours with a variety of new and used vehicles to browse on the website. If you are interested in a vehicle you can reserve it for just £99 just click 'reserve online' on the listing. 

Can I still speak to a sales executive?

Yes, our friendly sales executives are still in the dealership and are on hand to answer any of your new, used or motability enquiries via email or telephone. Please give us a call on 01743 454020 if you have any questions. All appointments are socially distanced to maintain the safety of both you and our team.

Can I still take a test drive?

Yes, test drives are available, however a sales executive will not be present in the car on the test drive.

Can I still come and view the car I want to purchase?

Yes, we encourage you to book an appointment with our sales team to avoid disappointment. The team are able to send personalised videos of any vehicle if you feel uncomfortable coming to the dealership.

I have a sales appointment, what can I expect?

If you have a sales appointment booked with us please follow the below guidelines:-

  • Please bring your own pen to sign any paperwork
  • Please adhere to social distancing rules by always keeping 2 metres apart from others when on the Greenhous Nissan site and when you enter our building
  • All our Sales Bookings are made for a strict Appointment Time – confirmed in this email please ensure you keep to your allotted time to avoid any delays
  • Please switch off the blowers (Air Con and Heating) of all vehicles (Your own if being appraised / any vehicle Test Driven)
  • Where possible please leave all windows open on the vehicle (Your own if being appraised / any vehicle Test Driven)
  • Please take the exact mileage of your vehicle if it is being appraised for a Part Exchange – if possible photo on your phone
  • Proceed to the Main Entrance – Adhering to Social Distancing Rules and the 2 metre markings if required – You will be requested to have your temperature taken
  • Utilise the Sanitisation Unit – Wiping your keys and placing them in the bag provided.
  • Upon entering the premises adhere to Social Distancing at all times, our Host will direct you to the relevant Sales Executive
  • Our Sales Executives will wear NEW GLOVES for every customer
  • All our vehicles are Sanitised after every viewing
  • During the Coronavirus we will not be providing Refreshments at the dealership
  • NO CASH PAYMENTS – Bank Transfer prior to collection is preferable / If payment is made by Card – Sales Executive will wipe the Card Machine prior to use
  • Maximum of two persons per vehicle to attend booking appointment
  • Please wear a face covering at all times once inside the building

I've bought my car online, how do I collect it?

If you have purchased a car online you can choose to collect from the dealership or have the vehicle delivered to your home. All vehicles are throughly sanitised before delivery and collection. If you choose to collect from the dealership, a sales executive will arrange a suitable time to hand over the vehicle and go through any queries or concerns that you may have.
