Though you'd usually agree to everything your garage suggests, you can often be left with the nagging feeling that you've been bamboozled by jargon.
Nissan believe in transparency and we use technology to simplify, not complicate. That's why Nissan developed an innovative video process called eVision to clear up any confusion and make everything clear.
After an initial inspection, our service engineer will make their recommendations in a talk-through-video of your car. You'll literally see why you're whatchamacallit needs looking at. Along with the video, they'll e-mail you a report system to rate the urgency of the points covered.
The 'traffic light' system will enable you to make an informed decision; so you can choose between giving your car the full treatment or just enough to get by.
You don't even have to talk to the engineer; you can simply select which work you want us to carry out using the easy click and approve system, then pick up your car when the work is complete.
