James started as a light vehicle mechanical apprentice, qualifying as a technician and advancing to become a service advisor with an Austin Rover dealership in Wolverhampton. He moved to R H Colliers in Birmingham where he became group prep manager and was responsible for the preparation of the Queen’s Land Rovers and Range Rovers.
He has served in many senior service manager roles for a number of brands including Fiat, Jeep and Alfa Romeo in his extensive career. Now he has been welcomed into the fold at Greenhous Nissan. He says of his new team: “It has a family feel about the place and the staff are nice and friendly. I have always loved speaking to people and look forward to welcoming many customers to Nissan.”
In his spare time James is a member of the Chesterton Golf Club where he tries to play once a week. He also likes to put his feet up and read a book. Sensible man!
