Carla passes her test with flying colours!

Greenhous Nissan in Shrewsbury are delighted to announce that Carla Penwright has successfully passed her traineeship as a Service Advisor. Carla, who is from Lightmoor in Telford, started at Greenhous in December 2014 as an Aftersales Administrator for both Nissan and Renault Stafford Park franchises, before being moved across into the Nissan service department as a role had become available.

Carla says: “I enjoy it here.  I was made to feel welcome from the start and it is good to be part of a great team here at Nissan”

Andrew Mountford, Nissan General Service Manager, expressed his pride that Carla had become a fully-fledged Service Advisor saying:  “The role is all about customer service and being able to handle for example customer enquiries, booking service and MOT’s, creating job sheets and keeping the customer informed as to the work in progress.  It is very much a position for a team player and Carla has fitted in exceptionally well.”
